Open Yelp, search for 'Workspaces' and there should be an entry called:
'GNOME Documentation Build Utilities'. If I select that I get an error
windows saying: "The requested page was not found in the document
/usr/share/gnome/help/gnome-doc-make/C/gnome-doc-make.xml."
Looks to me like the link is wrong.
