Public bug reported:

Hello, I hope I file this bug at the right place...

First, thanks to you people for the amazing job you did !

We are remastering a ubuntu gnome to adapt it for blind people
(www.b-linux.org). When calling orca -t, the voice stays in English,
even if the rest is in French.

I am not sure if it is coming from Orca itself or due to SVOX Pico we
use with Orca...

We did the following changes :

    Install libttspico0 and libttspico-utils
Then change the line DefaultModule in speechd.conf file located in
/etc/speech-dispatcher/ for:

    DefaultModule pico-generic

and uncomment a line in the section of the modules:

    AddModule "pico-generic" "sd_generic" "pico-generic.conf"

PS : A guy said me there is a graphic interface to configure Orca
(voices and other stuffs) but I could not find it. Maybe it was a myth
;)

** Affects: gnome-orca (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
