Do a shutdown and a cold boot, not a restart and post lsusb; lsmod | grep bluetooth
I don't remember seeing this device show the 0cf3:3005 ID until firmware gets loaded by ath3k and the 0cf3:3005 ID is not in the device list for ath3k.
