- sphinx-rtd-theme and alabaster
+ sphinx -1.3 now depends on two new external themes, sphinx-rtd-theme and
+ alabaster.

+ These are build time dependencies only, packaging looks sane.

+ The rtd theme requires some javascript (modernizr), and wants it's own
+ font. Fine. modernizr was changed to use slimit instead of uglifyjs
+ (universe) to minimize the js code.
