libavcodec-ffmpeg56 intentionally conflicts with libavcodec-ffmpeg-extra56. I'm not sure what you did, but according to DpkgHistoryLog.txt it involves aptdaemon, which seems to not handle conflicts correctly. But since this is definitely not a bug in libavcodec-ffmpeg56, I'm reassigning this report to aptdaemon now.
