What does this mean? Did the fixed galera-3 version ship with Ubuntu
15.10 or will it land there via some update path?

As 16.04 will anyway sync with latest Debian, I just want to know if my
sync request was essentially useless or not.

I made essentially the same request in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/mariadb-10.0/+bug/1502009 but
I guess it wasn't processed in time, so now I need to repackage it as a
security update and push to 15.10 via security team.

What can I do to get these resyncs faster in the future?
