Public bug reported:

i want to encrypt an existing partition and install the OS onto it. i followed
these steps:
- selected the partition and pressed 'Change'.
- set the partition type to a physical volume for encryption.
- after that i got an error message about unencrypted swap space being used. i
run `swapoff` as suggested and repeated the above steps.
then nothing happened. i wasn't asked for a password nor did any encrypted
device show up in the device/partition list. however the type of the partition
i tried to encrypt changed to 'crypto'.
i tried to go back to the previous step and try this one again. i tried to
restart the installer. nothing helped.

p.s. this bug was also present in the second beta.
