Public bug reported:
After upgrading from Ubuntu GNOME 15.04 to 15.10 running GNOME 3.18 I
have noticed that if you go to somewhere like the desktop (with desktop
icons active) and right-click selecting "Change Background" that it
takes you to the gnome-control-center although no matter where in it you
go, in the top bar it is called "Gnome-control-center.real" rather than
settings and its icon is that of the section you go into, even when on
the main page where all the settings are listed this is what it looks
like:
Gnome-control-center_real.png
Rather than what it looks like if you open it the normal way:
Settings.png
