OK, I had a similar problem with the latest version, but solved the
problem:

the 15.10 netboot's pxelinux.0 can't be tftp-served from a 14.04-server,
because it can't deal with the old pxechain.com.

To chainload the new code,

pxechn.c32  ldlinux.c32 libcom32.c32 libutil.c32 vesamenu.c32

must be available from tftp, but are not available under 14.04.

So the boot server itself must be a 15.10, or these bootfiles must be
manually installed.
