Searching for "groups" in the help viewer does not find that page -- and
neither even does searching for "Users and Groups in the Debian System".
So it's not fixed in a way that most people would find.
Linking to this page would be great, but it's not linked at the moment,
and probably the page would need to be cleaned up so that people would
be confident it actually applied to Ubuntu, not just Debian. (Perhaps
the order of the chapters should be reversed, too.)
