Public bug reported:
I first stumbled across a user reporting on Ubuntu forums that Ubuntu
Trusty now offers a direct upgrade to Vivid if "notify of new release"
is changed from LTS only to "any new release". Unless something has
changed recently I believe that is an improper upgrade.
