@papadako if you will look closely at the stack traces present you will see that the issue you are linking is not related to this one. Your netbeans locking up probably is, use jstack to confirm this. The issue is not present in OpenJDK 1.7.0_85, and I have not yet reproduced it in Oracle JDK 8_66
