Public bug reported: small toshiba notebook portege r500-12p Model PPR50E-06W09QGR
alsamixer app shows a sound card, all chanels enabled. notebook got a rotary encoder volume wheel that seems to be supported by linux, since the volume popup/overlay pops up if used. but there is no sound at all. never. same on ubuntu 15.05 and 14.04lts didnt found any help or solution on the net yet.
