Regarding comment #37 If I plug an Android phone (HTC One m7 GPe) to the same port instead of the USB3 Hub, it stays connected. If I connect the USB hub instead, I get this problem. If I connect the phone through the USB hub, I loose access to the phone rather quickly during one of the drop cycles.
