things spoused to happen actually happened:
1. disabling "iface lo inet loopback" will prevent xorg to start
2. disabling "iface eth0 inet dhcp" will prevent samba to start or to
register this interface.

after samba was manually restarted... same issue described before:

samba send to WINS server *NBNS Regiostration
reguest* for _new_ ip but not *NBNS Release reguest* to remove old ip (
WINS server still report _old_ ip )..

so only way i know is to restart samba.
