Not sure if this is an ubuntu-app-launch or libertine-launch issue
Steps to reproduce:
ubuntu-app-launch puritine_firefox_0.0
/home/phablet/Pictures/Donald-Trump-Caricature.svg
* This opens firefox with that image loaded
Switch focus away from firefox
ubuntu-app-launch puritine_firefox_0.0
/home/phablet/Pictures/Barack-Obama-Caricature.png
* raises firefox to the foreground but doesn't open the new file
Expected behavior: Raise firefox and load the new file
** Affects: libertine (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
