Please sync libpeas 1.16.0-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Cherry-pick from Debian SVN.
* Depend on adwaita-icon-theme for the test. This is GNOME's new default
icon theme.
Done in Debian.
