Thanks for reporting this issue.

I've moved the bug to the osrm source package and subscribed the Ubuntu
archive admins, who deals with removals.

Packages are only synced from experimental to Ubuntu upon request,
though if it is deemed necessary I guess it would be possible to
blacklist the package.
