This happens and can be repeated with one target drive. But when I
replaced it with another target drive in the same computer, the
installation continued past creating the ext4 file system with the
testcase 'Install (entire disk)'.

Maybe there was some kind of time-out or failed hand-shaking. (The first
drive is not broken, I installed ToriOS afterwards without problems.)

Anyway, this bug has low priority unless someone else is affected by it.
