Public bug reported:

Frog is currently failing to build on Ubuntu Xenial with the following
error message:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
sbuild-build-depends-frog-dummy : Depends: libtimblserver3-dev but it is not
installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
apt-get failed.

amd64.frog_0.12.17-7.1build2_BUILDING.txt.gz)

Looked briefly at this, and it looks like the reason is that Ubuntu
synced a newer version of timblserver from Debian experimental which
replaced the libtimblserver3-dev package with libtimblserver4-dev. I
haven't tested whether these packages would be backwards compatible and
allow frog to build successfully.
