Re-downloaded ISO file via torrent rather than directly
Re-built USB drive via mkusb.
Built 15.10 system successfully.
Looks like bad iso downloaded
n.b. Originally tried creating USB with start up disk creator from 15.04.
Like others, had kernel error as reported in another post
This appears to be the second release which cannot use start disk creator to
create build usb.
