Public bug reported:
When I select-all in the primary sheet of this XLS file and then select
copy, then create a new tab/sheet, then paste, I get a sheet with an
extra row at the beginning containing junk.
This happens even after I've resaved the file (as XLS).
This happens even after I've reseaved the file as ODS and reloaded it.
