Public bug reported:
After upgrading to 15.10 Dolphin loses "KonqPopupMenu/Plugin"
serviceType. Copying
/usr/share/kde4/servicetypes/konqpopupmenuplugin.desktop to
~/.local/share/kservicetypes5/ fixes it so it looks like a packaging
issue rather than an upstream bug.
