No, the bileto info should be just ignored. If you look at the actual
silo (PPA), you see qtbase built: https://launchpad.net/~ci-train-ppa-
service/+archive/ubuntu/landing-032/+packages

What failed to build is the ubuntu-touch-session since the branch is for
15.10. But that's not needed as long as the silo is not decided to be
landed, just check the description instruction about adding the
QT_EXCLUDE_GENERIC_BEARER=1 manually.

I'll just fix the bileto status too so that people are not confused.
