So in theory I could change "sound: true" in the push helper output to point to this path, and this would resolve the problem... ? In practice though, outputting "sound: true" from the push helper should Just Work™, so while we could mitigate the problem for Telegram, this would not be the proper solution on the platform level. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
