Public bug reported:
maybe this is not a bug but its certainly very annoying....
when changing an existing printer driver selection in printing under
administration the dialog says SEARCHING PRINTER DRIVERS
while it loads it stays on top of all of X windows .....yet when the second
dialog listing drivers does not.
no reason to have it on top of every screen
