As this is currently breaking all lxc installs, therefore breaking JuJu,
LXD and anything else that depends or installs LXC, I am going to fast
track this SRU.
Test plan before releasing is:
- Test on a wired machine without LXC
- Test on a wireless machine without LXC
- Test on a wired machine with LXC
- Test on a wireless machine with LXC
** Changed in: network-manager (Ubuntu Xenial)
