Public bug reported:
The scroll direction is not reversed in some applications, like Ubuntu
Software Center, Language Support, Printers, Menu Editor and Bluetooth
Manager. Works fine in Firefox, Terminal, Thunar, Task Manager and many
other applications. I'm on Xubuntu 15.10, with xfce4-settings version
4.12.0-2ubuntu1 installed.
