I successfully installed the second Precise test kernel from Joseph on a Ubuntu Precise 12.04.02 and the vm boots fine. I should mention that the default kernel is 3.5.0-23-generic. The difference between kernels are pretty high. My question is: shouldn't we do rebase to 3.5 version?
