I don't which version have started it. I've noticed it a few times about
2-3 years ago, but that's all. After a while SSD came to my laptop and
there were no problem any more.
By the way, /usr/lib/dconf/dconf-service is the guy. Some sophisticated
layout change method comes to mind :)
