Public bug reported:
Was trying to reinstall everything I had before with Ubuntu Mate on
Raspberry Pi, on going from 15.04 to 15.10, which required putting a new
image on the SD card. I saved Synaptic's marks and reloaded them on the
new system to direct all the reinstalls simultaneously. I do not have a
good understanding of the nature of the failure reported.
