Public bug reported: I am trying to install a new machine (VM) using ubuntu-15.10-server- amd64.iso
I have selected US English locale everywhere, now I have to choose a timezone, and I am only offered US time zones. Many sysadmins in particular in global corporations with multiple locations prefer US English as the language, and UTC as timezone on servers. Now, installer tells me to go back and choose a different country than US ... I don't want to configure it to UK English or Iceland or some exotic island, as I don't want to have daylight savings changes on this box. I want the TZ to be UTC at all times, and the locale US English.
