Public bug reported:

Under configure date & time, Time Zone, Australia/Brisbane is listed as
"AEDT". Brisbane (And in fact Queensland) does not observe daylight
savings. It should be listed as "AEST"..

Additionally, Perth (Australia/Perth) shows as "AWDT", which isn't
actually a real timezone (Western Australia has only ever had trials of
Daylight savings -- they are not heat affected enough to think they need
more daylight) -- they should be AWST (as per the government link I
supplied)
