The linux way is everyone does their bit to make the software better.
Users, who are not developers or system administrators, report when
things don't work properly. This is a time-consuming and often seemingly
thankless, fruitless and pointless process. But they persist because
they share with developers the hope that the system might become good
enough one day for all users, and not just those who are prepared to put
up with the unending extra hours is takes to put up with, work around,
and fix all the problems inherent in this perpetually unfinished, half-
finished, half-baked software.
