Using Kubuntu 15.10 32bit with no upgrades
$ lsb_release -rd

I opened System Settings -> Personalization -> Regional Settings -> Input
method tab.
When I uncheck "Only Show Current Language", the System Settings crashes!
It should've populated all the keyboard layouts in the "Available Input
Method" list.
