Public bug reported:
While implementing keyboard navigation on address-book I notice that
the actions in the header (and buttons) are receiving focus but there is
no visible feedback which action contains the focus.
Besides that the focus never returns to the page items, as you can see
on the attached example. Pressing "tab" does not move the focus to next
item in the chain.
