I finaly found the reason. The problem was related to the USB stick preparation. On the USB stick I had the debian8netinstall.iso. Then I used the unetbootin to write on the same USB stick the ubuntu installation iso. The files from the debian distribution were not erased..... so the installation process seems that had found some .deb packages from the debian directories and installed them. This was causing the problem. If the USB stick is clean then the installation is performed OK.
