Public bug reported:
Unable to pair arc touch bluetooth mouse with nexus 7.
Steps to reproduce:
1. install bluez5 stack on nexus7(fresh flashed)
2. adb shell into nexus7, then type following commands:
$ bluetoothctl (entering interactive mode)
$ discoverable on
$ pairable on
$ scan on
$ devices (to see the device mac that you want to pair)
$ pair <dev mac>
$ trust <dev mac>
$ connect <dev mac>
** Affects: bluez (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: Confirmed
** Attachment added: "syslog"
