This is in fact a bug in TextArea when autosize is true, if you run
http://paste.ubuntu.com/13227090/ with qmlscene you'll see how the top
TextArea is missing like 2 pixels at the bottom of the text when
compared to the bottom one.
On a note, if you press enter and then backspace in the top one it
adjusts to the correct height.
