Public bug reported:

A newer version of fop was recently synced from Debian (bug 1511934).
This failed to build with the following error message:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 sbuild-build-depends-fop-dummy : Depends: libbatik-java (>= 1.8) but it is not
going to be installed
                                  Depends: libfontbox-java but it is not
installable
                                  Depends: libmockito-java but it is not
installable
                                  Depends: libxmlgraphics-commons-java (>=
2.0.1) but it is not going to be installed

In corresponding order:
1. batik needs a merge (and looks like it will also require a newer
xmlgraphics-commons). See bug 1512087.
2. libfontbox-java belongs to
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libpdfbox-java which is in Universe. I
don't know whether this is optional or if it should be MIRed (and if that is
the case, who makes the decision)
3. Mockito is in Universe, and based on other packages usually skipped in order
to prevent pulling Maven into Main. So most likely this package will regain an
Ubuntu delta. Ah well :(
4. xmlgraphics-commons need a merge with a newer version. I have prepared a
debdiff for this, see bug 1515358 for details.

So far I've prepared a debdiff for 4. I can look some more into 1, but would
like some feedback especially regarding the version number.
