Public bug reported:
When reverse scroll direction option is enabled in mouse options of Xfce
(on Xubuntu 15.10) the scroll doesn't work at all in Mousepad and it's
stuck at the upper part of the text file. I have to disable it to be
able to scroll using touchpad.
