Public bug reported:
Upon launching the Ubuntu packaged version of Bino in 15.10 the
following error occurs on program launch:
bino: error while loading shared libraries: libavformat.so.56: cannot
open shared object file: No such file or directory
Because this is a library dependency, Bino is unable to launch and thus
the packaged version of Bino supplied with Ubuntu is unusable.
