This bug was fixed in the package llvm-toolchain-3.7 - 1:3.7-4ubuntu1

---------------
llvm-toolchain-3.7 (1:3.7-4ubuntu1) xenial; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable (LP: #1514954). Remaining changes:
    - libllvm3.7: Add Conflicts/Replaces to libllvm3.7v4 (anticipated backport).
    - drop the "fix build targeting i686, it doesn't fix the build failure.
      (instead use the ubuntu-precise-compiler-rt.diff Debian patch)

llvm-toolchain-3.7 (1:3.7-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Add a Break/Replaces clang-3.7 (<< 1:3.7-3) from clang-tidy-3.7
    to simplify the transition
  * Remove some warnings in the manpages generation (Closes: #795310)

llvm-toolchain-3.7 (1:3.7-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Update compiler-rt to simplify the port to Ubuntu precise
    ubuntu-precise-compiler-rt.diff
  * Introduce clang-tidy-3.7 as a new package
