Public bug reported:
When I click on any indicator in xfce4-indicator-plugin, it opens up indicator
menu. Clicking on indicator icon when menu is open does nothing. I expect menu
to close. It can be closed only by clicking somewhere outside of
xfce4-indicator-plugin area.
Also, clicking on another indicator when one has menu already open doesn't
close old menu and open new one.
Tested on Xubuntu 15.10.
