Binary package hint: monodevelop

ubuntu Gutsy development branch (i think it was tribe 5), with all current
updates.
monodevelop 0.14 installed from repository
system:
Dell Latitude D610 laptop
procedure:
create a new GTK# 2.0 project.
open MainWindow.cs
select Designer mode
add any container widget to the blank form
add a Menu Bar widget
click in the newly placed widget to edit it
type anything in it
try to save your project.
(monodevelop crashes)
this also happens when i use a toolbar widget instead of menu bar
this is my first bug report, please bear with me if I haven't provided all
necessary information.
it's quite frustrating, not being able to save.
the time-based autosaves are crashing it as well.
whatever is wrong appears to only manifest itself once the Menu Bar or toolbar
widget has been altered.
saves after adding the widget to the form, but before editing it do not cause
crashing.
