Now that we have python3-xapian1.3 in Xenial, we can port apt-xapian-
index to Python 3. I have a two branches in progress. The first ports
a-x-i to bilingual Python 2/3 support, and I hope to get this merged
upstream.
Once we have that, the delta to switch to Python 3 is relatively small,
and my second branch does this.
