I am still experiencing the bug running Ubuntu 15.10 and 4.2.0-19-generic 
kernel.
Is there any patch I should apply to fix it?

Here's the hardware I use:

- ESI U46DJ audio interface
- USB controller: Intel Corporation 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family USB 
Enhanced Host Controller #2 (rev 04)
