SRU Justification (for 15.10/Wily):
Impact: The dpdk-dev package was intended to provide the current
upstream build environment. Unfortunately the makefile template in
/usr/share/dpdk/mk were accidentally not included in the package.
Fix: Add a debian/dpdk-dev.install which takes care of the copy.
Testcase:
- Install build-essential, dpdk-dev, libdpdk-dev, and dpdk-doc
- cp -r /usr/share/doc/dpdk/examples/l2fwd .
- cd l2fwd
- RTE_SDK=/usr/share/dpdk RTE_TARGET=x86_64-default-linuxapp-gcc make
Build should complete without errors.
