Start info :
Im using Azerty - BE keyb layout on my machine
When following the kubuntu 15.10 installer i get the following sequence
1) Choose Language (I select English)
2) Wireless setup : I try to fill in my SSID passcode but the system is using
US Qwerty input instead of my local one which makes difficult to type in the
correct passcode...
3) Only much further the installer auto detects my timezone and keybaord
(correctly)
In my opinion it would make sense (at least for all non Qwerty machines)
to first have the Timezone/keyboard section in the installer and
afterwards asking to connect to the wifi
