Public bug reported:
for the last few weeks when I attempt to log in, I receive an instant
sms from telegram: "You are using an outdated app that doesn't support
2-step verification. Please update your app to log in to Telegram."
I have tried to reinstall the app, but that did not help in any way.
Steps to reproduce:
1. start telegram
2. add phone number +44 7xxxxxxxxx
3. Telegram displays an error in red: "Incorrect phone number"
4. Several seconds later an sms arrives: "You are using an outdated app that
doesn't support 2-step verification. Please update your app to log in to
Telegram."
The phone number is correct and telegram works absolutely fine on
lubuntu 15.10, ubuntu 15.10 and win7pro.
